The live performance at southside ballroom was exceptional, with the band interacting and working the crowd fantastically. The music sounded better than on album, and the lighting provided by the band was spot on. Their setlist was as much as any fan could have hoped for. It was Bear, the lead singer's birthday, and they used that as a connection for the night. This was my 6th time seeing the band perform, and I was just as excited, if not more so, than the first time. The venue is really great, but there are a few spots where the view is pretty obscured by support pillars, which can be frustrating, especially for shorter people. The sound and lighting at the southside ballroom were well done, and the band and venue worked together effectively. I highly recommend seeing this band.
